Since 1995 Bluewater Divers has evolved to become Oklahoma’s largest and most resourceful Scuba Diving shop. Customers have been so good to us over the years it has allowed us to continue our steady growth. It became quite obvious in recent years that re-locating was going to be necessary for 2 main reasons. The first and primary reason is that we are very passionate about the social aspect of our amazing sport, yet there was no community on Straka Terrace. Here on Automobile Alley we are plugged in to a very FUN community. They 2nd reason was continuous harassment from regular customers. “Go North”, “Go South”, “MWC, Yukon”, yes…we have heard it all, a lot!  Having 4 stores is simply not realistic though. We were on the hunt for a more central location.
In 2007 our friend and business neighbor Steve Schegal (owner of Schegal Bicycles) made a bold move and came to the centrally located & historical Automobile Alley and was an instant hit complimenting the energy in this thriving community of active adventure seekers. We immediately began researching this area as well but it was not the right time yet. After a few more years of serious research & analyizing our focus was still confidently focused on Automobile Alley. We simply could not ignore the central location.
December 24th, 2011 we turned our “Open Sign” off for the last time at our old I-240 & Western location and re-opened at our all new premier facility here on the historical Automobile Alley. In the short time we have been open here it has proven to be a huge success far exceeding our expectations (which were already quite high). Now, we are close to twice the size of our original location and able to offer even more resources!
