Scuba Diving Oklahoma Equipment Sale

Sellers, please bring in your gear to sell sooner than later. It takes a lot of time for us to evaluate and provide services needed that may prevent you from participating

Whether you are selling unwanted Scuba gear or looking for a large selection of great pre-owned gear that has been thoroughly evaluated, this is the event for you! Last year we tried this and exceeded all expectations so we are here to present our 3rd Annual Consignment Sale for Pre-Owned Scuba Gear. This Consignment Sale will run in conjunction with our traditional Black Friday Sale November 23rd and 24th 2018.

We will update this page to reflect the overall event as we get closer to Thanksgiving but for now we are recruiting sellers. If its anything like last year you are in for a treat.

Here is what we want (from the modern era in good condition):

  • Core Gear – BCD’s, regulators, octo’s, computers, gauges and tanks
  • SCUBA quality Mask, fins and snorkels. Seriously…please do not bring your Wal-Mart Snoopy Snorkel Fun Sets!

What we do not want:

  • Wetsuits, rash guards, socks, booties, swimsuits etc.
  • Accessories like lights, knives, dive flags, retractors, slates. FYI, we may give you a bulk offer for your accessories from the modern era in good condition but will not be in the sale.
  • Cameras of any kind or camera accessories such as flashes or housings.

If your equipment needs service, we are happy to do that for you at a discounted sale rate. If its from the modern era and simply needs service we will gladly accept it.
Older, obsolete, un-serviceable and “ratty” gear will not be accepted. We are a Warriors For Freedom Donation Drop Off Facility so if your gear is not accepted you may do better in the form of a donation tax write off.

Here are the basics of how it works:
Sellers can receive 75% of their sold items money in the form of a check OR 100% of their sold items money towards the purchase of new gear. You can use those funds on top of all new gear offers including sales, close-outs and layaway’s. It would not count towards service, travel, used equipment or anything other than new gear.

  • Prices will be set in stone for the Consignment Sale portion of the sale.
  • Dirty gear will be turned away or quoted a cleaning fee at the time of dropping off.
  • Most service related charges to sellers gear can be applied to the sold gear balance.
  • The sale can be pre-shopped November 21st (Thanksgiving Eve).
