The PADI Open Water Scuba Class is where it all begins for most divers. Once you have purchased your PADI Open Water course, the PADI eLearning academic portion of the class will be emailed to you shortly after the transaction. This is a very well received product that replaced the old “paper manual and DVD”. Please refer to your Welcome Email that will break down all of the steps you need to be taking to prepare for your underwater adventure. We love the interaction with our customers and find the best results when new customers reach out to us before, during and after purchasing this course to ensure you are set up for success. Please contact us about Private or Semi-Private lessons if that’s how you prefer to learn. This product includes:
- PADI eLearning Training Materials ($251 value on its own)
- 2 pool training sessions to develop skills and comfort underwater necessary to dive with confidence
- 5:1 Student to instructor ratios making sure our trainers really get to know each students good and bad habits
- Students can choose from a large variety of DEMO/Rental gear to use throughout the course to ensure you get the right fit, comfort and performance you desire
Student Checklist:
- Students will need their own Scuba quality mask, fins and snorkel at minimum
- The PADI Global Liability Release which includes a Medical Statement may or may not require you to have a physician sign off before you can get in the water
- Study the entire PADI eLearning academic portion and complete the Quizzes and Exam prior to getting in the water
- Bring a swimsuit and towel. From May-October we are typically in the nice outdoor pool so bring sunscreen. Winter time is all heated indoor pools of course.
